​New location, new exhibit! Come visit the Trains at our new space on Level One, adjacent to Macy’s and Santa. We're so excited for you to see it!

All tickets provide admission to the Trains at NorthPark on any day that we are open. A reservation is not required, and tickets purchased online are not specific to any date/time. Tickets are also available for purchase at the exhibit ticket booth during regular hours. All proceeds from ticket sales go to helping families at Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. Admission prices listed below:


  • $10.00 for adults
  • $5.00 for children (ages 2 - 12) and senior citizens (age 65 and older)
  • Children under 2 admitted free.
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.


To redeem online tickets at the exhibit, proof of purchase in the form of an emailed receipt must be shown at the door for admission. The receipt does not have to be printed but can be presented on your mobile device.

Online Purchase Instructions

-From a mobile device:

After clicking the “Buy Your Tickets” button above, select “Continue as Guest” on the next welcome screen.
Select “TNP”
Select the type of ticket you need.
Select the quantity of ticket by clicking the plus or minus buttons.
Click “Add to cart” at the top right hand corner of the screen.
You will then be taken back to the main screen where you can either select “TNP” again to purchase more tickets, or you can click on the shopping bag in the top right corner of your screen to begin the checkout process.
Review your cart on the next page to make sure your selections are correct and click the “checkout” button at the bottom of the screen.
At the checkout screen, please fill in your contact information only; the “Order Type” is “TNP Online Ticket” and cannot be modified.
Please be sure that your email address has been typed in correctly as you must receive an email to show as proof of purchase at the door.
Click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen.
The checkout screen will show you your final total. Review and click “Submit Payment” to be taken to the next screen.
Complete the captcha question and wait for the FreedomPay screen to appear where you will then enter your payment information.
Upon completion of payment info input, please click submit.


-From a computer/PC:

After clicking the “Buy Your Tickets” button above you will be taken to the main screen with ticket options displayed.
Select the type of ticket you need.
Select the quantity of ticket by clicking the plus or minus buttons.
Click “Add to bag” at the bottom of the selection box.
You will then be taken back to the main screen where you can either select more tickets, or you can click on the shopping bag in the top right corner of your screen to begin the checkout process.
Review your cart on the pop up to make sure your selections are correct and click the “checkout” button at the bottom.
At the checkout screen, please fill in your contact information only; the “Order Type” is “TNP Online Ticket” and cannot be modified.
Please be sure that your email address has been typed in correctly as you must receive an email to show as proof of purchase at the door.
Click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.
The “Select Payment Type” screen will have “Credit Card” highlighted as it is our only option. Please click next.
At the next screen, please review all information as well as the shopping cart on the side and click the “confirm” button.
Complete the Captcha pop up by clicking into the box next to the “I’m not a robot” statement.
At the next green schemed page, enter all payment information and click “Submit”.
