Keep the TRAINS Running – Serve as a Volunteer!
The 2024-2025 season runs from November 16, 2024 - January 5, 2025.
We depend on 1,500+ volunteers to operate the TRAINS exhibit each year. Become a vital part of the 2024 Trains at NorthPark by sharing your time working a shift (or two) during the eight-week exhibit. Volunteers play a key role in creating a magical experience, from greeting guests to maintaining displays. Whether you can donate a few hours or more, your time makes a significant impact. Join our community of volunteers and help us make this beloved tradition a success.
Your support helps bring holiday joy to the 50,000 visitors to TRAINS, while empowering Ronald McDonald House of Dallas’ mission.

How to Volunteer
Most shifts are 3 hours. Comfortable shoes are necessary, and we ask volunteers to dress appropriately. Volunteers must be 15 to volunteer solo and 12 to volunteer with a parent.

Do not sign up for a RESERVED shift unless you are a part of that group/organization.
