Volunteer at the Trains!
The 2023-2024 season runs from November 11, 2023 - January 5, 2024.
Our volunteers keep the Trains running! Sign up for a shift to help us create holiday magic for Dallas families this year.
Most shifts are 3 hours. Please dress appropriately for the event. Comfortable shoes are necessary, and we ask that you do not wear shorts, flip flops or sweat pants. Volunteers must be 15 to volunteer without a parent and 12 to volunteer with a parent.
We are accepting 2023-2024 volunteers!

- Create an account for yourself and any children over the age of 12 volunteering with you.
- On the Calendar/Events page, choose "Trains at NorthPark" from the EVENTS box. Then put in "1" in the SLOTS REMAINING box.
- Click "sign up" for both you and anyone else you are volunteering with.
- Anyone who signs up will receive a confirmation email and reminder email 3 days before their scheduled shift(s).
- Do not sign up for a RESERVED shift unless you are a part of that group/organization.
